The ultimate back to school head turner, this harness is part cotton cable sweater knit and part London Plaid wool fabric. Cut from a cotton cable knit blanket, the khaki body of the harness resembles a classic cable cardigan with a red grosgrain ribbon placket and gold crest buttons. The crisp white ruffled collar adds that touch of femininity. We used our favorite London plaid to bind the edges and then created a stitched down pleated skirt to complete this private school uniform. Perfect for transition into fall, the triple reinforced D-Ring placket is worked into the ribbon placket The neck and belly straps are secured by super wide Velcro, and allow for 2-3 inches of adjustment.
